General Questions

The PWHL is a first-of-its-kind women’s hockey league that brings together the best players in the world. Our league is comprised of six teams in North America, including: Boston Fleet, Minnesota Frost, Montréal Victoire, New York Sirens, Ottawa Charge, and Toronto Sceptres.

We offer a wide range of PWHL league apparel including jerseys, hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories for all six teams and the league across Canada and the United States. We are the official store for PWHL league merchandise.

Ordering

Browse our collection, select your desired items, choose sizes and quantities, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready to purchase, go to your cart and click "Checkout" to complete your order.


Before placing your order, please ensure you have selected the correct shipping location and currency from the navigation bar available at the top of our website. This selection will ensure that product prices, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes are correctly calculated according to your destination. If the wrong location or currency is selected, it may lead to inaccuracies in these charges and potentially delay the processing and shipping of your order.

Ordering processing times typically range from 2-5 days, depending on the item, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. Transit time begins once your order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

You can buy merchandise directly at the game venue, but these purchases cannot be exchanged online. Our online store and venue sales operate with separate inventories, making exchanges between the two not possible.

Designated online products can be purchased by pre-order, meaning that they aren't at our fulfillment center yet but will be soon. The expected timeline for pre-order delivery will be indicated on the product page before you check out. If you order multiple items and one or more is a pre-order, your order will be split so you'll receive a shipment with in-stock items followed by a separate shipment with pre-sale item(s) at no additional charge to you.

Designated online products maybe sold out, but you can sign up to be notified by email when it's back in stock so you don't miss it. Click the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page to enter your email to receive the notification and you can choose to place your order then. 

Payments

We accept major credit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay, and Venmo. 

Please note when placing an order using your PayPal account, the shipping address will be based on the authorized information listed on your PayPal account. If you need to ship to a different address, please update your PayPal account before placing the order.

Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address and local tax laws. If your shipping address is in a location where we are required to collect sales tax, it will be automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout. You can see the estimated tax before submitting your order.

Charges from our online store will appear on your credit card statement as "SP THE OFFICIAL SHOP OF THE PWHL.” If you have any questions or concerns about the charge, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

Order processing time is approximately 2-5 business days. Standard shipping time is an additional 3-7 business days, or Express shipping is an additional 2-4 business days. If the item is in stock, expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days of order date for Standard shipping, or 4-9 business days of order date for Express shipping.  

At this time we ship only to Canada and the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options internationally in the future.

Yes, express shipping is available and provided as an option during checkout.

Yes, we do! Free standard domestic shipping is automatically applied when you spend a minimum of $200 CAD on our Canadian site or $150 USD on our U.S. site, before taxes and after discounts. 

Yes, once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order and estimated delivery date.

There are a few reasons why your items might not have shipped together including the size of the order requiring multiple shipping boxes, items being sourced from different warehouses, or varying availability of the items ordered. If your order is shipped in separate packages, you will receive a shipping confirmation for each package sent. Rest assured, you will only be charged one shipping fee for your entire order, and we will ensure that your items are delivered to you as soon as they become available.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We require all lost package reports to be submitted within 30 days of the original shipping date. Upon receiving your report, we will investigate the issue with our shipping partners and strive to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. For the fastest resolution, please provide your order number and any relevant shipping details when you contact us.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of the shipment of your order. An email was sent to you from The Official US Shop of the PWHL or The Official Canada Shop of the PWHL when the item shipped.

Final sale, custom and clearance items are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Only items purchased from shop.thepwhl.com or ca.shop.thepwhl.com can be returned via the online return portal. Items bought at an arena venue cannot be returned online. Please follow up directly with the venue for return instructions.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. For Orders Numbers that begin with US or no Prefix: Visit our returns/exchange center powered by Loop by visiting the portal HERE and enter your order number and shipping zip code or email address to start the process.

    For Orders Numbers that begin with CAN: Visit our returns/exchange center powered by Loop by visiting the portal HERE and enter your order number and shipping postal code or email address to start the process.

  2. Print Your Shipping Label: After your return/exchange request is submitted, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send back your items. Only returns shipped using a prepaid shipping label generated from our online portal will be accepted. Packages sent with any other shipping label cannot be refunded/exchanged. 

  3. Pack and Ship: Pack the items securely in the original package if possible and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.

  4. Receive Your Refund (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-20 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable if you have incurred them. However, exceptions are made if the error was on our part, such as shipping the incorrect item or a defective product. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any specific concerns regarding shipping charges under these circumstances. We're here to help and ensure your satisfaction.

Once we process your refund, it typically takes between 7 to 20 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The exact timing can vary depending on your card issuer's policies. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, we recommend contacting your card issuer for further information.

Products

We currently do not offer customization for jerseys and other apparel, but it's something we're looking to provide in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

For the start of the season, there's a limited number of designated player name jerseys per team. As we get further into the season, the roster will expand and other player names will become available. Youth player name jerseys will be coming early in 2025. Individual fan customization on jerseys will be available in Season 3. Official player jerseys are only available directly from the PWHL.

Promotions & Discounts

Yes, we occasionally offer promo codes and discounts. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest promotions and special offers!

Enter your promo code at checkout in the "Discount Code" field. Only one promo/discount code can be used per order, and some exclusions may apply.

We do not currently have a loyalty program, but we're always looking for ways to enhance our customers' shopping experience. Stay tuned for future updates and offerings!

The Season Ticket Member discount is exclusively available to verified Full Season PWHL 2024/2025 Season Ticket Members. To redeem the discount online, Season Ticket Members must checkout online using the email address associated with their Season Ticket Members account and use the discount code provided to that email address by The PWHL.

To redeem the discount at all PWHL team game venues, Season Ticket Members must show their digital Season Ticket Members ticket at checkout.


The discount is valid all merchandise at our online store and in venue and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated. The discount applies to merchandise only and does not cover taxes, shipping, or handling fees. It cannot be applied to gift cards, past purchases, or exchanged for cash or store credit.
